9pm CET – Next mix is quit a surprise. The maker of this mix is called Antonio Maiorano.
He is just a total Italo Fan and was present in Rimini and Riccione last weekend in Italy for the ItaloDisco Takes over event. Part of the crew met this gentle guy and he gave us the mix you are going to hear tonight using all tracks that were played live by Italo artists last weekend. Antonio is a hobbyist and not a pro mixer but…. we think its a very good and charming beginning. It’s the thought that counts here. Enjoy Italo Disco takes Over replay 13-14 Maggio 2022. (DJOMD1969)

Vanavond staat Eddy Mi Ami (Edward) dus in de spotlights.. je kunt dus de nodige oude fragmenten van hem te horen krijgen uit de Stad archieven maar ook veel muziek gekozen door Eddy zelf.
Ga er dus maar lekker voor zitten want het is altijd een show vol met verrassingen… oude reclames, leuke items, mooie anekdotes van 40 jaar Radio Stad en natuurlijk heerlijke muziek uit onze jaren 80 en jouw Radio Stad tijd.

Tonight Producer, DJ and our best friend Eddy Mi Ami is in the spotlights. Last monday he celebrated his 50th birthday. So you will hear lot of old audio fragments from his Radio Stad past. Every tuesday a radio show (completely in Dutch) hosted by the co-founder of Radio Stad on FM in the 80s and also co-founder of Radio Stad on the internet that started in the year 2002. This DJ has worked for well known radiostations, is a voice over and now back on his roots. His name…. Herman van Velzen! The show is called ‘Wine, records & chat’. Herman will play pure Radio Stad pop and disco classics from late 70s and 80s but also a lot of audio fragments from the past and classic Radio Stad commercials.
